I honestly got a lot out of my experience with Momentum College, mainly because of the support and training I received from Jeramy. A lot of training can feel very textbook or repetitive, but his sessions never felt like that. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense when you’re working in the disability sector day to day. What stood out to me was how he linked everything back to real experiences within NDIS and behaviour support practice instead of just reading off slides. He created an environment where you could openly ask questions, reflect on situations, and actually learn practical skills you can use in your work. Jeramy’s mentoring genuinely helped build my confidence professionally, especially around understanding more complex participant presentations and applying person-centred approaches in practice. You can tell he cares about people developing properly in the industry and not just “ticking boxes”. I had a really positive experience with Momentum College, particularly through my work with Jeramy as a trainer, mentor and coach. What stood out to me was that the training wasn't just content-heavy for the sake of it - it was practical, relevant, and grounded in real disability and NDIS practice. As someone who works in the sector, I often find that training focuses on the industry "as we would like it to be" rather than "as it is in practice", and this was not the case with Momentum College. I particularly appreciated the case studies that applied theoretical material, linking theory to practice. Jeramy has a very engaging delivery style and a strong ability to make complex ideas clear, actionable, and useful. He consistently linked the material back to real-world examples, including disability support, behaviour support, participant outcomes, risk, documentation, communication, and the realities of working within the NDIS.
