Jeramy Nusco

Owner, Director and Lead Trainer and Assessor
Registered Behaviour Specialist P.0002596

Jeramy is the Founder, Owner and and Director at Momentum College where he also fulfills the role of lead trainer and assessor.

Jeramy has been training and assessing for 12 years with 3 tertiary qualifications in education.

Jeramy also works as a Behaviour Specialist (NoP0002596) and counsellor within the disability and mental health sectors.

Jeramy has fulfilled roles within behaviour support for 15 years, including supervising a state-wide team and being the lead trainer in behaviour support to all new staff entering the field.

Jeramy holds additional training qualifications and enjoys his role delivering high quality training Momentum College in online and face to-face formats in subjects on mental health and disability.

Jeramy invests his time to better understand the people we support and their complex needs. This is the foundation of good practice in behaviour support and as a trainer.

Jeramy is studying his 29th tertiary qualification to build his knowledge and to better inform the courses at Momentum College.

Benjamin Fulham

Owner and Managing Director

Ben is an Owner and Managing Director at Momentum College.

Ben also works as a Behaviour Specialist (ID: 00123) and registered psychologist within the NDIS.

Ben registered as a Psychologist 21 years ago in 2002. He has extensive experience having worked in disability services for 23 years in both government and nongovernment sectors. Ben has post-graduate qualifications in family therapy and enjoys working with children, adolescents, or young adults and their families to manage escalating problems and work through behaviour change. Ben is passionate about helping those with mental illness.

He is qualified and experienced in several Psychological therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy. Ben is an experienced clinical supervisor with expertise in the assessment and intervention for people with cognitive disabilities that are involved in the criminal justice system.

Ben joined Momentum College to support gaps evident in the sector for participant supporting roles such as support workers.
